You may browse this website, read our work and contact us. You may not interfere with the website, try to access areas you have not been given access to, collect its content at scale by automated means, or use it to send anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

2. Our intellectual property

The House of Auré Studios name and logo, and the written content, layouts and code on this website, are owned by us or used under licence. Images and other materials that come from others, including our clients, partners and stock libraries, remain the property of their owners. All of it is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

• You may quote short extracts with clear credit to HOAS and a link to this website.
• You may use our press kit materials for editorial coverage of HOAS, without changing them.
• You may not reproduce our work, images or design for commercial use, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

3. Client work shown here

Work shown on this website appears with the permission of the relevant client or under portfolio rights agreed in the project contract. Other organisations' names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the project.

4. Source files

Finished artwork and editable source files are separate products. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, source files are released for a separate transfer fee.

5. Enquiries and proposals

Content on this website is information, not an offer. Any quote is given in writing, and only a signed agreement creates a binding commitment.

6. What you send us

Please keep confidential material out of website forms. If you send us an idea or brief, we treat it with care. Sending it creates no obligation or partnership. How we handle the personal information you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Newsletter

If you subscribe, we send you occasional emails about HOAS. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

8. Training and certificates

HOAS Certificates of Completion confirm attendance and completion of HOAS training. Accredited qualifications are named as such only once accreditation is granted.

9. Links to other websites

We link to articles, partners, platforms and social media. We are not responsible for their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be complete, current or free of interruption.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Shanghai have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
